Our bulk shares are curated to provide you with the best that our farm has to offer. A northern Ontario growing season is short and sweet, so we time our farm’s production to get the most out of it. Our chicken, pork & beef are finished on lush, growing greens.The result is a huge variety of tasty, nutrient rich protein in your freezer to last until spring.

In this share you can expect a variety of cuts of pork & beef representative of the whole animal, including extras that are sometimes hard to accommodate when our products are bought by the side, such as cured meats and sausages. The chicken portion will be a mix of whole birds and assorted cuts. We are adding on rendered lard & bone broth to ensure we are using the whole animal.

The Large share will contain the following:

-45lb Grass-Fed & Finished Beef (mix of ground beef, steaks, roasts, stew, pepperettes)

-45lb Pastured Pork (mix of bacon, sausages, ham, pork chops, roasts, hocks)

-34lb Pastured Chicken (whole and cuts)

-2lb Pastured Pork Lard

-2 Jars Bone Broth

-2 Jars of Wood Family Chutney, great on all of our meat!
